En-Fab, Inc. has designed, engineered and fabricated Quality Analyzer Systems consisting of   densitometers, viscometers, BS&W monitors, pressure and temperature transmitters and flow meters.  The quality analyzer system takes samples proportional to flow and does an on-line evaluation of   viscosity, density, pressure, temperature and water content of  the fluid flowing.  It also stores the samples proportional to the flow in a laboratory container that can be taken to the lab for analysis.  The meteorology results can be put back in the system for retroactive recalculation for gross volume. The Quality Analyzer systems can be mounted on a skid or  in temperature regulated closed housing.

The analyzer system is assembled in an enclosed housing and is provided  with appropriate ventilation, gas content alarm and fire alarm detector.
