A Two Phase Test Separator separates the liquid (water + oil) from the gas, measures each phase, takes a sample of the liquid phase, and then recombines the phases into a pipeline or production facility.

A Three Phase Test Separator separates the oil, gas, and water, measures each phase, and then recombines them into a pipeline or production facility.

The purpose of a Test Separator is to check one well or flow line at a time. The production of each well can be accurately determined using this method (Allocation measurement).

Features

The EN-FAB Well Test Separator instrumentation can be electronic, solar powered, or pneumatic using orifice plates and charts.

The separator can be skid or trailer mounted.
